Baked Corn

One of my favorite side dishes for our holiday meals… baked corn. It’s rich, sweet, and delicious… and such a “fancy” way to serve this common veggie.

Baked Corn

Serves: 12-15

  • 2 – 15 oz. cans creamed corn
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 7 eggs
  • 7 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, and evaporated milk.
  3. Mix in butter and corn to combine. Transfer to a casserole dish (13×9 appx.).
  4. Bake for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve warm.
